Clinical Intern
Jeff Ladieu is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in law enforcement, public safety, and organizational leadership. A retired Captain with the New Hampshire State Police, Jeff concluded his distinguished career as Commander of the Justice Information Bureau, where he oversaw mission-critical units including Communications, Criminal Records, NCIC, J-One, and the Permits & Licensing Division.
Over the course of his career, Jeff held a variety of key leadership roles, including SWAT Team Leader, Assistant Commander of the Major Crime Unit, Commander of the Cold Case Unit, and having oversight of both the Polygraph and Communications Units. His law enforcement journey began in the North Country with Troop F, following his service in the elite 75th Ranger Regiment under the U.S. Army Special Operations Command.
Following his retirement from law enforcement, Jeff co-founded a public safety consulting firm and later served as Assistant Director of Public Safety and Police at Endicott College.
Today, he brings his extensive experience and deep commitment to service to Camp Resilience as their Executive Director, where he leads efforts to support the healing and growth of veterans and first responders.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and is currently within his internship to obtain a master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling. He’s also a Certified Public Manager, a Six Sigma LEAN Black Belt, and a graduate of the NCTC Polygraph Institute.
