Candice W. Alizio, LMFT, CCISM, is the Founder and Owner of SHIFT Integrated Wellness. She has worked in the mental health field since 2010, specializing in Veterans & First Responders since 2018. In 2023, she launched SHIFT, which provides clinical oversight, training, and wellness consultations for first responder agencies while continuing to offer culturally competent therapy and alternative therapeutic interventions to Active Military, Veterans, First Responders, and their families. SHIFT Integrated Wellness now partners with many first responder agencies through out New Hampshire. Providing annual individual wellness consultations, peer team support, and wellness education. Candice is also a facilitator for Camp Resilience’s First Responder Retreats, serves as an FBI-certified Negotiator with the Southern NH Special Operations Unit, and is the Clinical Coordinator for the Southern NH CISM Team. With over 15 years of clinical experience and specialized International Critical Incident Stress Foundation and International Association of Fire Fighters training, she is dedicated to fostering psychological safety, resilience, and wellness within the responder community.

Owner/ Director of Psychedelic Services

Johanna is a mental health clinician with over 20 years of experience as a military spouse, giving her unique insight into the challenges faced by veterans, first responders, and their families. For the past five years, she has specialized in helping these communities heal and build resilience through a holistic, mind-body approach. Johanna is trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health, and integrates IFS-informed, somatic, and mindfulness-based techniques. She provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for trauma recovery, stress management, and personal growth—helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves and restore balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Director of Fire Services

Emily specializes in the intersection of mental health and public safety, working with first responders to strengthen resilience, promote wellness, and reduce the impact of chronic stress and trauma. Using CBT, DBT, and Somatic Therapy, she helps responders improve emotional regulation, relationships, and overall well-being. In addition to individual work, Emily partners with departments and peer teams to deliver trainings on trauma exposure and proactive mental health care. As a member of the Southern NH CISM Team, she provides clinical support and education following critical incidents to promote recovery and resilience within the first responder community. Emily is also a FBI-certified Negotiator with the Southern NH Special Operations Unit.

Therapist

As the daughter of a New York City law enforcement officer, Tiana Coronado has a deep appreciation for the unique culture, challenges, and sacrifices experienced by first responders and their families. Her completion of an internship with the New York City Police Department (NYPD) also sparked her passion for supporting those who dedicate their lives to serving others. These experiences continue to shape her clinical work and commitment to helping first responders, veterans, and their loved ones navigate the emotional impact of their careers and life experiences.

Tiana believes that every client is the expert on their own life. She takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, working alongside clients to identify meaningful goals, develop practical coping strategies, and create lasting change. Her focus is on helping individuals build resilience, navigate life's transitions, strengthen relationships, and foster deeper connections within their families and communities.

Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and utilizing a trauma-informed approach, Tiana provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and other life stressors. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped with the tools needed to move forward with confidence.

Clinical Intern

Jeff Ladieu is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in law enforcement, public safety, and organizational leadership. A retired Captain with the New Hampshire State Police, Jeff concluded his distinguished career as Commander of the Justice Information Bureau, where he oversaw mission-critical units including Communications, Criminal Records, NCIC, J-One, and the Permits & Licensing Division.

Over the course of his career, Jeff held a variety of key leadership roles, including SWAT Team Leader, Assistant Commander of the Major Crime Unit, Commander of the Cold Case Unit, and having oversight of both the Polygraph and Communications Units. His law enforcement journey began in the North Country with Troop F, following his service in the elite 75th Ranger Regiment under the U.S. Army Special Operations Command.

Following his retirement from law enforcement, Jeff co-founded a public safety consulting firm and later served as Assistant Director of Public Safety and Police at Endicott College.

Today, he brings his extensive experience and deep commitment to service to Camp Resilience as their Executive Director, where he leads efforts to support the healing and growth of veterans and first responders.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and is currently within his internship to obtain a master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling. He’s also a Certified Public Manager, a Six Sigma LEAN Black Belt, and a graduate of the NCTC Polygraph Institute.

Jeff can take Harvard Pilgrim, HSA/FSA at reduced rates, and Cash Pay.
