Tactical Recovery
First responders often operate in prolonged states of alertness with little opportunity for down-regulation. Tactical Recovery empowers them to understand their bodies, recognize signs of dysregulation, and implement accessible strategies for recovery—supporting mental health, job performance, and long-term well-being.
This training is ideal for any agency looking to invest in sustainable wellness practices that go beyond traditional mental health education and offer tangible, actionable tools.

Behind the Scenes
For leadership, sworn personnel and civilian employees.
Civilian employees play a vital yet often unseen role—handling emergency calls, reviewing bodycam footage, redacting reports, and supporting their teams. These responsibilities expose them to significant stress and secondary trauma, impacting their well-being.
Leadership and sworn personnel will gain insight into these challenges and learn practical ways to support their civilian colleagues while also strengthening their own resilience. Civilian employees will receive validation, coping strategies, and self-care tools to manage stress effectively. By ensuring everyone is in the room, this program fosters open dialogue, teamwork, and actionable solutions—building a healthier, more resilient agency.

Experiential Relaxation
Experiential Relaxation is a one-hour guided group session designed to help public safety employees step away from the demands of their work and experience true rest and reset. This session offers a quiet, supportive space to practice mindfulness, breathwork, gentle movement, and guided relaxation, all aimed at calming the nervous system and promoting mental clarity.
Participants don’t need any prior experience—just a willingness to pause and receive. The session is intentionally slow-paced and accessible to all fitness levels and physical abilities. Whether seated, lying down, or simply listening, employees are invited to show up exactly as they are and leave feeling more grounded, centered, and refreshed.
